Hurricane Paragons

Hurricane Paragons is our crew for breast cancer survivors, offering a friendly and supportive way to enjoy dragon boating as part of the Hurricanes community.

Also based at Silver Wing in Wraysbury, the Paragons train and paddle alongside Hurricanes and have competed both in the UK and internationally, including representing Great Britain and racing with breast cancer survivor composite crews Pink Royals and Go Europe

Whether you have paddled before or are completely new to dragon boating, you’ll receive a warm welcome. It’s about getting active, enjoying time on the water and being part of a supportive team.

Hurricane Paragons welcomes breast cancer survivors who are at least three months post-treatment. No previous dragon boating experience is needed, so don’t worry if you’ve never picked up a paddle before. Everyone has to start somewhere!
